Setting my goal

Throughout my life, school, university and parts of my personal life, I’ve always had a tendency to leave things to the last minute. Deadlines usually mean when I have to start and not when I have to be done with the task.

So, in the YogaMOOC, I want to keep up a weekly pace, finishing things with time to spare and without a rush.

Thus, my goal for this course is to finish all tasks, readings and videos by Fridays. I want to log in at least 3 times a week for 30 min and do the practices every Monday.

I look forward to looking at this post and seeing that I’ve achieved it.
